Baru Diresmikan, Tol Becakayu Akan Segera DijuaL Tol Bekasi-Cawang-Kampung Melayu (Becakayu ) Seksi I B dan I C (Cipinang - Jakasampurna) baru saja rampung dan akan mulai beroperasi akhir pekan ini. Pemiliknya, PT Waskita Karya (Persero) menyatakan akan segera menjual tol ini kepada investor.
"Langsung dijual nanti (Becakayu)," kata Direktur Utama Waskita M. Choliq usai peresmian tol ini di Bekasi, Jumat (3/11).
Dia mengatakan penjuakan tol ini bertujuan agar perseroan mendapat dana segar, yang bisa digunakan untuk membangun proyek infrastruktur lainnya. Selain Becakayu, opsi penjualan juga akan dilakukan pada ruas-ruas tol lainnya seperti Pejagan - Pemalang.
Choliq mengaku saat ini sudah ada beberapa investor dari dalam dan luar negeri yang menyatakan tertarik membeli Tol Becakayu. Untuk peminat dalam negeri, dia masih belum mau menyebutkan identitas, siapa saja investor tersebut secara detail.

Menteri BUMN Rini Soemarno merasa optimistis tol Becakayu akan memiliki banyak peminat. Hal ini lantaran arus kendaraan yang diprediksi lewat jalan bebas hambatan ini besar yakni mencapai 22 ribu kendaraan per hari.
Penjualan tol ini juga penting agar Waskita bisa membangun banyak proyek tol lainnya. "Apalagi kami juga harus menyelesaikan tol-tol di Jawa," ujarnya.
Waskita telah memutuskan opsi penjualan ruas tol ini lebih didahulukan dalam mencari pembiayaan, ketimbang melakukan sekuritisasi aset. Menurut Choliq, sekuritisasi aset lebih mirip sebagai utang. Sementara di satu sisi Waskita harus menjaga rasio modal dan utang dalam upaya melebarkan usahanya.
Penjualan aset tol ini akan dilakukan dengan melepas semua kepemilikan Waskita, atau dengan melepas sebagian. Ruas tol yang akan dikual pun bisa saja terpisah. Bahkan, jika ada investor berminat membeli banyak ruas, Waskita akan menggabungkan beberapa tol untuk dijual.

"Dia juga mengatakan opsi penjualan ruas ini lebih didahulukan ketimbang sekuritisasi lantaran menurut Choliq skema sekuritisasi lebih menyerupai utang. Di sisi lain, Waskita harus menjaga rasio modal dan utang dalam melebarkan usahanya. Sedangkan pilihan terakhirnya adalah Initial Public Offering (IPO) Waskita Toll Road," ujarnya.
