Dua Olahraga Malam yang Harus Kamu Lakukan Saat Ramadan pada 6 tahun lalu - byhai Bulan Ramadan sudah berjalan, dan kita seperti biasa masih merasa lemes dan lesu. Lapar dan haus? itu sih pasti. Tapi apa kita harus tidur seharian sampai mager total?
Padahal, justru di bulan puasa, kita diharuskan untuk bergerak lebih. “Tubuh harus tetap bergerak agar dapat memobilisasi lemak untuk dikatabolisir menjadi gula darah dalam tubuh. Kadar gula akan kembali meningkat dan rasa lelah serta kantuk akan hilang,” ucap Dr. Haryo Tilarso, SpKO, FACSM. Memang, secara fisik, kita nggak dianjurkan buat menguras tenaga terlalu intens. Seperti pada di hari-hari biasa. Namun setidaknya, dengan berolahraga minimal 15 menit sehari di bulan puasa, kita bisa merasakan tubuh yang lebih enteng. Enteng dalam artian segar saat beraktivitas walaupun harus menahan lapar dan haus. Bahkan kalau nggak mau berat-berat, senam sudah cukup kok. Intinya puasa memang wajib, tapi olahraga nggak boleh dilupakan sama sekali. Jadi, apa saja sih olahraga yang cocok banget dilakukan saat kita berpuasa? Ini yang harus kamu lakukan pada malam hari!
Yoga Secara tampilan, nggak ada yang spesial dari olahraga ini. Karena, gerakannya nggak kaya gerakan olahraga fisik pada umumnya. Namun, yoga di bulan puasa itu sama artinya kita memberikan kesempatan buat tubuh kita untuk detoksifikasi atau membersihkan diri dari timbunan kelebihan sampah dan racun yang telah terkumpul dalam tubuh selama bertahuntahun. Dengan prinsip yang sama dengan puasa, kita nggak cuma akan melancarkan aliran darah, tetapi juga menyaring sisa racun dari darah dan membuangnya dalam bentuk urin hingga melancarkan proses pengiriman oksigen ke paru-paru. Kalau dirasa berat,ya gerakan-gerakan seperti postur kucing (spinal rolls), postur anak(balasana), postur kupukupu berbaring (reclining bound angle pose) bisa membantu.Calisthenics Kalau sudah malam, kita bakal merasa makin malas saja buat berolahraga. Karena memang, secara jam kerja, tubuh sudah mulai melemah. Tetapi jangan lupa buat berolahraga juga, apalagi buat yang dari pagi nggak sempat.Nah, salah satu cara mudah buat menggenjot fisik di malam hari adalah dengan melakukan gerakan-gerakan Calisthenics. Seperti push-up, sit-up, back-up hingga squat. Nggak usah banyakbanyak, satu set cukup 10-15 kali repetisi gerakan sudah bagus kok. Dan diusahakan dilakukan menjelang tidur malam.
