Merger dengan XL Axiata, CEO Smartfren Ajak Karyawan Gabung XLSmart Uzone.id — Merza Fachys, CEO Smartfren Telecom memastikan tidak akan ada karyawan yang di-PHK usai XL Axiata dan Smartfren melakukan merger pada Rabu, (11/12).
Hal ini disampaikan dalam acara Konferensi Pers Program Update, Kamis, (12/12) dimana Merza menyebut bahwa kedua pemegang saham sepakat seluruh karyawan akan bergabung di PT XL Smart.
“Jadi tidak ada rencana untuk melakukan rasionalisasi. Dan di PT XLSmart tentunya akan lebih banyak lagi opportunity-opportunity yang akan dibuka. Oleh sebab itu semua karyawan akan ditempatkan tentu saja dibuka kesempatan-kesempatan baru untuk menyalurkan semua kompetensinya. Inilah yang disepakati oleh kedua pihak,” ujarnya.
Merza juga menyebut bahwa seluruh karyawan diharapkan bisa bergabung di XLSmart dengan tujuan untuk mendapat kesempatan danopportunity yang lebih baik.
“Karena di perusahaan XLSmart ini justru semua kesempatan untuk berkarya ini jauh lebih besar dibanding perusahaan lain,”tambahnya.
Merza bahkan menjelaskan bahwa kejelasan karyawan pasca merger ini sudah mereka atur dimana merger tersebut diklaim bisa membuka peluang pekerjaan yang lebih banyak, tempat-tempat kerja baru karena platformnya akan lebih kuat dan kompetitif dengan kesempatan berkarir yang lebih luas.
“Akan banyak lagi peran-peran yang lebih menarik, proyek yang lebih beragam karena kita akan juga membuka kesempatan pengalaman yang lebih luas kepada seluruh karyawan, dan kemampuan untuk memanfaatkan hal-hal proteksi yang terbaik dan kedua perusahaan tersebut akan memberikan peningkatan kekuasaan yang lebih besar,” tambahnya.
Selain itu, Antony Susilo, CFO Smartfren juga menjelaskan bahwa nantinya juga akan ada dua siste m, yaknileave and shift danloss policy untuk para karyawan.
“Leave and shift inibasically adalah bahwa karena nanti akan ada dua sistem HRD. Dengan demikian tentunya salah satu dari kita akan di-adjust pada level yang terbaik. Dan juga bila ada yang baik dari Smartfren maupun dari sisi XL itu akan menjadi acuan yang akan dipakai,” ujarnya.
Ia melanjutkan, bagi karyawan yang bergabung ke perusahaan ini, itu artinya karyawan akan dijamin dan akan mendapatkantreatment yang baik.
“Ya, misalkan ada joining bonus setelah karyawansign , merekaimmediately dapatjoining bonus . Lalu, apabila mereka berkontribusi baik dengan performance yang baik dan memenuhi KPI, nanti di akhir tahun 2025 itu akan ada lagi yang namanya bonus prestasi yang jumlahnya 2x lipat daripada bonus prestasi yang normal yang berlaku,” tambahnya.
